As part of my role at Cambridge Neighbourhood Organizations, I led a comprehensive project to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of eight neighbourhood associations post-COVID, equipping them with actionable strategies for growth and sustainability.
About the Organization:
The Cambridge Neighbourhood Organizations (CNO) is a network of 8 individual neighbourhood organizations, all made up of people just like you – neighbours who want to make Cambridge a better place for everyone who calls it home.
Problem:
Post-pandemic, neighbourhood associations faced challenges in volunteer engagement and program evaluation. They lacked standardized tools and processes for conducting community assessments and needed accessible resources that could be implemented with limited staff capacity.
My Approach:
Needs Assessment & Planning:
