Advocating for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Technology and Beyond
Overview
Growing up, I saw firsthand the impact of inequity. It’s what drives me to champion EDI in every space I enter, whether it’s leading diversity metrics at the City of Kitchener or designing inclusive products as a Product Manager. In 2013, I was honoured as one of three women in Ontario to receive the Lincoln M. Alexander Award for leadership in eliminating racial discrimination—a milestone that continues to inspire my work today.
Bringing these experiences to product management ensures the creation of inclusive, accessible products that truly serve diverse community needs.
