The Smart Waterloo Region Innovation Lab (SWR) is a government-supported initiative that aims to improve the well-being of children and youth in the Waterloo Region through innovative, community-driven solutions.
Problem:
School principals often navigate diverse responsibilities, from policy implementation to supporting students with complex needs. The process of locating board-specific policies and contextual information could be time-consuming and overwhelming, highlighting the need for a centralized, intuitive solution to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
